AUNA is proud to launch its unique two-year Professional Master’s Program in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in Collaboration With the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC).

The field of corporate social responsibility (CSR) has grown exponentially in the last decade and is gradually becoming a global trend. Companies are now expected to take explicitly into account all aspects of their performance, i.e., not just their financial results, but also their social and environmental performance.

What is Corporate Social Responsibility?

Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is a business approach that contributes to sustainable development by delivering economic, social and environmental benefits for all stakeholders. It addresses a variety of topics such as corporate governance, health and safety, environmental effects, working conditions, business ethics and contribution to sustainable economic growth.

Through CSR programs, philanthropy, and volunteer efforts, businesses can benefit society while boosting their own brands. As important as CSR is for the community, it is equally valuable for a company.

CSR activities can help forge a stronger bond between employee and corporation; they can boost morale and can help both employees and employers feel more connected with the world around them.
